President Donald Trump is back in the courtroom today Wednesday in Juan Merchan's show trial in New York City.

The prosecutor has yet to define the alleged criminal act committed by President Trump. But it does not matter. The court is prepared to find Trump guilty and send him to prison.

This is Joe Biden's America.

Gateway Pundit contributor Paul Ingrassia attends the ongoing show trial today in New York City. Paul has been reporting live from the Merchan kangaroo court for a number of days.

Paul ended his reporting yesterday with this analysis:

Merchan wants to finish tonight at 8 p.m. The prosecution shows no signs of slowing down.

This really speaks to Merchan's incompetence as a judge. He allows the prosecution to run the clock to the midnight hours, which is absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. Of course, this is by design: he and the prosecutor are one and the same. He has a financial, political and ideological interest in a guilty verdict. He hates Donald Trump with a passion and will destroy whatever shreds of integrity remain in the justice system to extract a guilty verdict – this is political persecution of the highest order.

This whole procedure is riven with PREJUDICE. The whole thing should be thrown away.

The jury will deliberate from today between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Below we post Paul Ingrassia's live updates.
