US Attorney General Merrick Garland held a press conference on Thursday to announce an antitrust lawsuit against Live Nation and Ticketmaster.
Garland, flanked by highly corrupt Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco and Assistant Attorney General Jonathan Kanter, also answered questions about Trump's response to the DOJ's authorization of the use of deadly force during the FBI's raid on Mar-a-Lago.
“Most of us received an invitation email this morning from the former President of the United States stating that the Justice Department had permission to assassinate him during the Mar-a-Lago raid…,” a reporter told Merrick Garland.
The reporter referred to Team Trump's campaign email:
“BIDEN'S DOJ WAS AUTHORIZED TO SHOOT ME!” Trump said this in a campaign email.
The reporter continued: “Can you first give us some clarification on that specific point he's making and whether or not lethal force is allowed and other interventions, including the search of Mr. Biden's home.”
“This accusation is false and extremely dangerous,” Merrick Garland said. “The document referenced in the indictment is standard Department of Justice policy restrictive the use of force.”
Merrick Garland claimed the same deadly force was used when FBI agents searched Joe Biden's homes in Delaware.
Garland continued: “As the FBI advises, it is part of the standard search operations plan and was even used in the consensual search of President Biden's home.”

Judge Aileen Cannon on Tuesday made public numerous motions related to Jack Smith's classified documents case against Trump.
One filing revealed that Biden's FBI authorized the use of deadly force during their raid on Mar-a-Lago, approved by US Attorney General Merrick Garland in August 2022.
Armed FBI agents were prepared to confront Trump!!
“Must FPOTUS [Trump] arrive at MAL [Mar-a-Lago]FBI MM EM and OSCs will be prepared to work with FPOTUS and USSS Security Team.”
“Should USSS resist or interfere with FBI timeline or access, FBI MM EM will engage [redacted] And [redacted] will work with USSS POCs under existing liaison relationships.
The FBI had a medic on site and identified a local trauma center for anyone “injured” during the FBI raid.
“Department of Justice law enforcement officers may use deadly force only when necessary, i.e., when the officer has a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent danger of death or serious bodily harm to the officer or another person brings. ,” the document on the use of deadly force read.
In a disgusting statement released Tuesday evening, the FBI claimed that authorizing lethal force against former President Trump is merely “standard protocol.”
