In yet another alarming display of lawlessness in the heart of New York City, a man was brutally attacked with a machete in broad daylight on Thursday in Times Square.
The violent incident took place outside a McDonald's restaurant New York Post.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, suffered serious stab wounds to both legs and was transported to a local hospital. He is reportedly in stable condition and is expected to survive the horrific attack.
According to a recent reportthe NYPD successfully apprehended all three suspects believed responsible for this brutal attack.
A man was stabbed in both legs outside the McDonald's in Times Square around 1pm today by three men wielding a machete.
The victim, who was not identified, was rushed to Bellevue Hospital and is in stable condition.

Eyewitness accounts describe one of the suspects wearing jeans and a black shirt, complemented by a backpack. Another was wearing a black hoodie with the 'Wu Tang Clan' logo on it, and the third suspect wore a gray hoodie paired with blue jeans.
Despite these descriptions, police have yet to make any arrests, adding to growing frustration among New Yorkers over the apparent impunity with which criminals operate.
This latest episode is part of a disturbing trend of violent crimes that are all too common in New York City.
