This is evident from court documents obtained by RadarOnline.comSimon said the Bravo star was not entitled to a cent from him as they continue to fight over the validity of their prenuptial agreement.

In a recent motion, Porsha asked the court for $50,000 from Simon. Her attorney wrote: “The woman has incurred and will continue to incur significant attorneys' fees and costs in defending herself against the man's motion, which includes false statements and allegations, and requests that the man be ordered to pay the man's fees the woman's temporary attorney in the amount of $50,000.00 as his actions resulted in the woman not filing her alone Request for immediate and emergency assistancebut also to respond to the immediate movement.”

In a newly filed motion, Simon's attorney argued for her client Porsha to pay the $50,000.
She said: “This Court must deny [Porsha’s] request for attorneys' fees for failure to provide a legal basis for the request as required under Georgia law.”
The lawyer argued: “[Porsha’s] A request for a lump sum of $50,000 in attorney fees is not allowed under the law.” A judge has yet to rule on the case.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Porsha filed for divorce on February 22 after 15 months of marriage. She demanded that their prenuptial agreement be enforced and that Simon leave the marital home.
Simon resisted the request to leave the house. He told her to move to the house she owns nearby.

Additionally, Porsha slammed Simon for allegedly changing the locks on the gates and blocking her access to the house. Simon called out Porsha for bringing an armed guard to the house after the split.

She claimed to have left after learning about her husband's alleged immigration problems.
Her lawyer wrote: “[Porsha] is evident from the news reports [Simon’s] alleged immigration fraud and what appeared to be an imminent threat of deportation were shocking and negatively impacted the woman's mental and emotional well-being. None of this information was ever disclosed by husband to wife, despite wife previously inquiring about husband's immigration status and criminal history.

He added: “Since learning of her husband's checkered immigration history and status, the wife began to question everything she initially believed to be true regarding her husband's character, immigration, business dealings, etc. ., and she began to discover additional information that the man failed to disclose to the woman. [Porsha] did not want to remain married to a stranger and filed for divorce.”
As RadarOnline.com first reported, Simon's company Simcol was hit with a major default judgment in a lawsuit over a private jet deal.
Simon told RadarOnline.com: “It is not uncommon to have business disputes and I feel very comfortable with them being resolved within the specified timeframe.”
