Liverpool will look to keep their Premier League title hopes alive on Sunday when they host Crystal Palace in a must-win match. The Reds went into the weekend in second place but are now in third place following Manchester City's win over Luton Town. They are now the least likely of the three title contenders to win the whole thing. per Opta, but the tight margins at the top of the table mean there's still plenty to play for. As for Palace, they start the weekend just five points above the relegation zone and could use the points even if they are not favorites to drop down a division.

Storylines
It's been a tough week for Liverpool, who went from Premier League leaders and Europa League favorites to underdogs in the former and trailing 3-0 in the quarter-finals in the latter. They are still unbeaten in their last eight in the competition, so they can call on that experience if they want to bounce back from the disappointment of recent days.
Jürgen Klopp was substituted for Thursday's Europa League defeat to Atalanta and will therefore have options to choose from, although it remains to be seen whether he will rest his top attackers again ahead of a decisive stage. He does have his options, though: Mohamed Salah has scored four goals in the team's last five, while Luis Diaz, Darwin Nunez and Cody Gakpo are among many to score in recent weeks.
Prediction
Liverpool will desperately need a response and it could come against a Palace team that has failed to keep a clean sheet in their last five games. It sounds like a good setting for the Reds to address their waste in attack, regardless of their personnel. Choose: Liverpool 2, Crystal Palace 0
