Biermann allegedly violated a court order and stole the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum's cell phone.

According to a police report on the incident, officers were dispatched to the feuding couple's mansion in Atlanta, Georgia, last month after a domestic disturbance was called.

Zolciak claimed Biermann stole her cell phone and locked herself in the master bedroom on his side of the couple's home. A recent court order ordered both Zolciak and Biermann to remain on their respective sides of the mansion amid their ongoing divorce battle.

Although the former Bravo star admitted that Biermann didn't get physical during the alleged incident, she did express her concerns about how the situation could escalate — especially since the couple's young twins, Kaia And Kaneslept upstairs.

“I don't know what he's going to do,” she shouted. 'He's not coming out. He is not responding.”

This wasn't the first time Zolciak called the police on the former NFL star.

Biermann reportedly refused to leave his bedroom after police arrived on the scene. He also reportedly denied taking Zolciak's cell phone.

If RadarOnline.com Previously reported, the incident that unfolded in April wasn't the first time Zolciak called Biermann police amid their ongoing and nasty divorce war.
