Andrew Weissmann led the Mueller sham investigation against President Trump. Now he is one of the key Deep State players behind DA Bragg's bogus Manhattan case against President Trump.
Andrew Weissmann is the face of DOJ corruption. He has been overthrown by the Supreme Court, and he has been behind virtually every effort to attack President Trump through the law.
DA Bragg's case against President Trump is a mess. There is no crime and yet the district attorney has charged President Trump with 34 crimes, all of which were fabricated. The crimes aren't even clear. It's a total disaster, which is why it's probably a plot by left-wing mastermind Andrew Weissmann.

In a tweet this weekend, Weissmann shared that he believes a defendant in the US must prove his innocence. This is third world communist stuff.
He was quickly portrayed as an idiot due to his ignorance of the law.
Shipwrecked tweeted: You're an idiot. Trump doesn't have to prove anything before the jury can acquit. You repeatedly misrepresent fundamental principles of the criminal justice system.
You are a moron.

Lawyer Jeff Clark points out that “enough to acquit” is not a legal principle in the US.
Can we make sure that “enough to speak out” is a phrase forever associated with Andrew Weissmann? It comes straight from the mouth of a statesman who is not based on freedom and therefore the presumption of innocence, but on submission to raw government power and on the presumption that prosecutors are always right. He's a walking, evil inversion.
